About training:

Crisis-ridden situations are unplanned occurrence for any company and one of the biggest challenges for managers. Managers have to take smart actions and be in constant activity. First of all, there must be established the causes of crisis. It may be naturally arisen or specially caused.
Often the causes of crisis are uncertain for company managers. The course “Crisis Management” will help the students to acknowledge the strategic steps to be taken in time of crisis management.

• The role of leader in crisis management
• Team work in crisis management (Top –Management team, the main team of crisis management);
• Working out an effective strategy of communication and public relation;
• Crisis management, as the base of changes planning and development and gaining the knowledge.

• The cycle of critical situation management and essential skills for appropriate action;
• The specific skills and means for critical situations’ analysis;
• Essential skills for managing the critical situations;
• The importance of PR in crisis management;

• The characteristics of team working in time of crisis management.
